How to Track Your Order
- Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
- Look for the tracking number and carrier information when tracking is available.
- Open the carrier tracking service using the tracking information provided.
- Allow time for the carrier to register the first scan after dispatch.
Tracking Has Not Updated
Tracking updates can take time to appear, particularly shortly after an order is dispatched or when an international shipment is moving between carriers. Check again later before assuming there is a delivery problem.
